Hi I’m Lulu, I live in rural Suffolk in a house full of small children, animals and my long-suffering husband!  Welcome to my website and thank you for checking it out. 

I am a self-confessed hoarder of all things ikat and my home is stuffed full of vibrant cushions, lampshades, tissue boxes, shoes - you name it… My trays are the perfect way to satisfy my obsession and to utilise my past careers involving textiles, art and design.

All my trays are entirely handcrafted from conception; the woodwork is done by brilliant Sam, a highly skilled cabinet maker (who is conveniently located in the adjoining village), I then dress, gild, resin and line them all which is a somewhat lengthy process of various layers and then three weeks curing in temperature controlled conditions - et voila…I just hope you love them as much as I do! 

 

In addition to the ‘main event’, I also have a selection of vibrant ikat home accessories - all handmade by myself using the fabric offcuts from the trays - designed to add a ‘pop’ of colour to you life.
